Our process keeps things simple.

While not common, our sales process has been very beneficial for our clients, and for us as well. What can you expect as a new client of our company?
1.

Initial Call To Understand Your Project

We discuss your goals, timeline, and overall project expectations.

Our first step is generally to set up a time that works for both of us to have a 15-45 minute phone call. We also often ask that you text us photos of the space or any helpful information you may have to give us context for your project. These phone calls are a way for us to get to know each other, and chat about what makes your project compelling to you. We generally discuss project scope, special considerations, timelines, and often general pricing ranges. If we at this point appear to be a good fit for you, we then schedule a site visit.

2.

On-Site Consultation & Project Evaluation

We assess your space, ideas, and key project considerations.

We take the time needed during each site visit to fully understand your project details, your goals, and how you plan to use the finished space. After gathering that information, we are typically able to provide a detailed estimate within 2–3 weeks. While many contractors offer free site visits and estimates, we take a different approach. We charge a consultation fee to visit your property, evaluate the space, discuss ideas and concerns, and prepare a typed scope of work with projected costs. These fees are based on project size and generally range from $150.00 to $400.00. If you choose to move forward with us for the project, that consultation fee is fully credited toward your final invoice.

Additionally, once we’ve worked with you, any subsequent projects with us will have the estimation fee waived entirely.

3.

Detailed Scope Of Work & Cost Breakdown

You receive a clear, itemized plan with realistic cost expectations.

Our goal when projects have a clearly defined scope is that our estimated costs are your final invoiced costs.

4.

Clear Expectations Before Construction Begins

Everything is defined upfront to eliminate confusion during the build.

If projects are very complex or large, we also at times work on a cost plus basis. If this is the case, we set out clear terms at the start of the project.

5.

Focused Execution From Start To Finish

Your project receives dedicated attention until completion, no distractions.

We are a small company, which allows us to be very client focused and detail oriented, and generally run one project at a time, so when we start we are usually onsite until the project is completed.
